Every action has a risk level, and for each level you decide: it runs on its own, asks for approval, or is blocked. Agents can propose anything, but they can’t change your rules.

Out of the box, anything financial or external asks for approval. Whoever approves answers for it with their name on the ledger, and an agent never approves on someone else’s behalf.

### What is Nemphi?

It’s the system where you run your whole business: customers and sales, e-invoicing, collections, purchasing, inventory, accounting, marketing, projects, and your team. Work on your own or ask your AI team to look things up, organize, and prepare the next step. Your permissions and approvals decide what it can do by itself.

### How much can an agent do without asking me?

Whatever you decide. Every action has a risk level (lookup, draft, financial, or external), and for each level you choose: allow, ask for approval, or block. Out of the box, anything that moves money or leaves your company stops, shows you what it’s about to do, and waits for your go-ahead. Everything lands in the ledger, and accounting mistakes are fixed with reversals, never by deleting.

### Does it handle Colombian e-invoicing?

Yes. You manage DIAN-authorized numbering ranges, VAT, and withholdings, including retefuente. When you post an invoice, Nemphi sends it for clearance through your technology provider (Factus, Siigo, or Alegra) and stores its CUFE. You can also connect your Wompi account so every invoice carries a payment link and your customer can pay online.

### Can I bring my data from Siigo, Alegra, or Excel?

Yes. Upload the reports you export from Siigo or Alegra, or your spreadsheets, and Nemphi shows you a preview before loading anything. Opening balances and unpaid invoices wait for your approval.

### How much does it cost?

You can start free. Paid plans cost COP 329,000 (Emprendedor), COP 529,000 (Pyme), and COP 1,329,000 (Pro) a month, VAT included, and a year costs ten months. Every plan includes every module; what changes is how much AI your agents and chat get each day and which models they can use.
