Pricing questions
What changes from one plan to the next?
Only the AI. Every plan has every module: electronic invoicing, accounting, CRM, inventory, projects, payroll and the rest. What grows with the plan is the AI included each day, how many scheduled runs your agents start, and which models they can use.
What happens when the day's AI runs out?
Your agents and chat pause until the next day; your data and the modules keep working. On paid plans you can turn on extra AI with a daily cap you set, and what you use is billed the next month at COP 6,000 per USD of model cost. With no cap, there are no extra charges.
How does yearly billing work?
A year costs the same as ten months, so two months are free. You pick monthly or yearly when you change plans from your company settings.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Whatever you have not used of the period you paid for is credited to the new plan: if it costs more you pay only the difference, and if it costs less the credit extends your first period at no charge.
How do I pay?
Online with Wompi, through a payment link that also reaches the company's owners and admins. Prices are in Colombian pesos and include VAT.
What if a payment is late?
Your plan stays active for three days after the period ends. If the payment does not arrive, the company moves to the Gratis plan's limits until it is paid; nothing is deleted.
Do I need a card to start?
No. You sign up on the Gratis plan and move to a paid plan when your agents need more capacity.
